Mrs. Schmitt’s Food and Nutrition Class welcomed Guest Chef Frank Canzaniello to help teach the class how to make professional grade homemade pizza. Mr. Canznaiello is the father of Bella, who is a student in Mrs. Schmitt’s class. Mr. Canzaniello shared stories from when he worked as a youngster with his father who emigrated from Italy to Queens, New York in the 1970’s. #HudsonTogetherWeCan
