Hudson City School District social worker Donna Coons was a special guest chef in Mrs. Schmitt’s Food and Nutrition Class. Ms. Coons taught the students the benefits of canning and taught them how to make a delicious lemon lavender jelly. Each student was able to take a jar home to share with their family and friends. #HudsonTogetherWeCan
