Did you know that January is National Bread Machine Month? The students in Mrs. Schmitt’s Food and Nutrition Class have been busy experimenting with several bread machine recipes including Raisin Bread and French Bread. While 25 million Americans own a bread machine, not everyone does.The class welcomed Mr. McDonald (Hudson Senior High School Life Skills class teacher), who demonstrated how to make homemade “No Knead” bread and a homemade quick marinara sauce over pasta. “Kneadless” to say, it was a hit! #HudsonTogetherWeCan
