Hudson Reads “Literacy at Lunch” recently celebrated the delightful reading and relationship building that happened over this school year’s relaunch of this esteemed program.Here are some pictures of our generous mentors and their grateful mentees at our recent ice cream social. Of note in one photo is a current mentor/mentee pair (Ellen Sullivan/Bella Clarke) with one of the PreK aides (Valerie Stiles) at MC Smith who also just-so-happened to be Ms. Sullivan’s Hudson Reads partner when Ms. Stiles herself was in third grade. We love that there are multiple generations enjoying the bounty of reading together!
