Review of DASA and CROWN Act
As the year comes to a close, we would like to take this time to remind our community that the HCSD is committed to to providing all students with an educational environment free of discrimination, harassment, and bullying. To further that objective, we have provided a brief overview of the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) and the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act as well as the District’s obligations under those statutes.
Feedback from Dr. Spindler’s “Listen and Learn” Tour
Following numerous conversations with many stakeholders, Dr. Spindler compiled feedback into a single document that will assist with the District’s development of a strategic plan to help guide our efforts for the next several years.

Voters Approve 2022-23 Budget
Hudson City School District voters approved the budget for the 2022-23 school year and elected five candidates to the Board of Education.
